SHIPPING:

FREE SHIPPING is available for all domestic orders over $250.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship out within 1- 2 business day and are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our standard ground shipping option, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame.
 
Elyse Wilde is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit.
 
RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased from Elyse Wilde are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or 7 days from the delivery date (online orders) with the original tags attached. You will have up to 14 days after items have been purchased to exchange the item or receive store credit. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for return. Online orders can be returned in store for free.

A small number of items may be individually marked as discounted, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. All sale items are FINAL SALE. This does not include Promo Codes.

Free return shipping is available for all orders over $250. Please email info@elysewilde to receive your free return label. All domestic orders over $250 ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. 

 

To ship an item back to Elyse Wilde please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a return bag/cardboard box and affix the mailing label.
  4. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    1. Drop your package at a USPS location
    2. Leave the package at a location that has a daily USPS pick-up.
